Colour bot is a Discord bot aimed at making colour more
integrated with the Discord client.
This includes constant listening for hex colours to respond to
them with the mentioned colour. The bot also includes an RGB and
HEX colour retrieval command.
The bot is mostly aimed at developers who would like instant
colour messaging when discussing future projects or for general
people who just want to be able to convey a colour-related
mesage more easily.
